What we do:-

  • Health and social care recruitment at home and abroad
  • Managed Service Partnerships
  • Psychiatric Acute and secure services
  • Community Healthcare
  • 24 Hour Service

We place our candidates - medical, scientific and nursing staff, allied healthcare professionals, social workers, support workers and carers - in posts appropriate for their training and experience. For your convinience, we are available around the clock every day of the year – and we don’t use a call centre, so every call goes directly to a member of the appropriate team.

Phoenix Hills recruits health and social care professionals for temporary and permanent jobs in the UK and abroad. We are the UK’s leading independent provider of healthcare bank staff management services and also provide all kinds of specialist care packages in the home and in the community.

We at Phoenix Hills promote an all-round approach to rehabilitation and work according to the principles of social inclusion and the Recovery Model. Service users will be encouraged, where appropriate, to choose therapeutic pathways that will promote positive mental health and an all-round feeling of well-being. Wherever possible, Phoenix Hills will promote social and community integration. Our support teams will work pro-actively, support access to local leisure and recreation facilities, local or regional events and further education courses.

We provide various kinds of specialist care packages at home and in the community. It is our priority to place candidates by matching and offering options to both Employers and Jobseekers through our extensive networks across the West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester regions. We do this for both Temporary and Permanent Staff Job Placements.

The PMVA trained healthcare professionals who work through Phoenix Hills are our associates and we have a fantastic benefits scheme for our Associate Employees, entitling them to a wide range of benefits. These Associates either hold an NVQ3 qualification in Social (and/or Community Care) or are enrolled on a Pre-registration Nursing course.
