For your convinience, we are available around the clock every day of the year – and we don’t use a call centre, so every call goes directly to a member of the appropriate team.

We do this for both Temporary and Permanent Staff Job Placements.
The PMVA trained healthcare professionals who work through Phoenix Hills are our associates and we have a fantastic benefits scheme for our Associate Employees, entitling them to a wide range of benefits. These Associates either hold an NVQ3 qualification in Social (and/or Community Care) or are enrolled on a Pre-registration Nursing course.
All staff members working in services for people with mental health needs are given;
All our staff are rigorously checked prior to recruitment and support staff must have at least 6 months’ experience in a hospital or community setting. Checks on workers are also made with the DBS in accordance with Care Quality Commission guidelines. As an establishment, we are approved members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation as we have satisfied their criteria of good practice.
